We recently had the pleasure of staying at this centrally located hotel in Lulea. Best Western Plus provided us with a lively and enjoyable experience. the staff were kind and helpful, and the complimentary spa was a nice touch. the breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a great variety. the room was clean and comfortable, with a safebox for our large laptop. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Best Western Plus for anyone visiting Lulea. Cons: Everything we needed and wanted was met. 👍.

Excellent views of courtyard and varied breakfasts with hot options and an over-easy egg, for instance. Nice position, in the centre of the town. Walking distance to a shopping street and a supermarket across the street.

Who needs natural light at breakfast? The dark breakfast room gave me just the right amount of tired and depressed to start my day!

The place was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very attentive, and it's in a great spot, like Kulturens Hus is only a short walk away.

We loved our stay in this hotel as it has numerous advantages. it is located close to the city center where there are restaurants, shops, and public transport. Secondly, it has fantastic hotel facilities including a spa, sauna, and a covered parking area. Thirdly, the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. Lastly, the staff is very friendly and accommodating towards us.

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the town. It's right on the shopping street and close to shops and restaurants. The railway station is a few minutes’ walk away - a relief after arriving late. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the heated bathroom floor is a perk. The staff is outstanding and incredibly friendly. Breakfast is a feast: the diverse variety of food and drink is impressive. There's a spa with a sauna/jacuzzi and a gym.

One reviewer had a terrifying incident with strangers entering their room at 1 a.m. due to mix-ups with the staff failing to request identification, resulting in an invasion of privacy.

This place exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The location needs an upgrade; it was brilliantly close to the railway station, which was a relief when my arrival ended up being quite late. Being in the center of the town, it was easy to approach from the nearby airport with local traffic. The service here was top-notch with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even offering a refreshing welcome drink upon check-in. The room itself was luxurious and had all the amenities I needed, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The comfortable bed and sitting area made me feel right at home. The dining options were excellent, with a delicious breakfast and a snack bar for a quick bite. I especially appreciated how friendly the staff was, including taking the time to explain the bicycles and giving recommendations on what to do in the area. The jacuzzi and sauna were the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day.

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and parking spaces. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the dinner was excellent. The room was clean and equipped with good technology such as a flat screen TV and a fridge.

The curtains in the room were not thick enough to block the light in the morning. Some of the remote controllers were difficult to use and the bathroom could have used a bidet shower.

Stayed here for Christmas and it was great! the rooms were comfortable and had a great shower. the breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. the staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved being in a central location, close to everything I wanted to see and do.

The parking could be a bit of a challenge, but it was manageable. the jacuzzi was not as warm as I would have liked it to be.
